Q. How soon do you ship out items?
A. Typically orders received by 3pm(EST) with be shipped out the following day.
If you placed your order on a Fri, Sat or Sun your package will be mailed out the following Monday.
Items are shipped Mon-Fri

Examples:
Mon before 3pm - will be Shipped out on Tue
Mon after 3pm -will be shipped out on Wed.
Fri - Sat ANYTIME - will be shipped out Mon
Sun before 3pm -will be shipped out Mon
Sun after 3pm - will be shipped out Tue


Q: How are items shipped?
A: Small items such as keychains and badges are shipped in padded envelops. Towels, plush and other non breakable items are shipped in large Ploy Mailers. Clear files and more bendable items are also sent in poly mailers but re-enforced with cardboard. Large or more fragile items are sent in boxes.

Q. Do you offer Pick ups for those located in Orlando?
A. Please send us a message to arrange a pick up with us at our nearby Starbucks and receive a code for free shipping BEFORE placing your order.

Q. Item was Marked as new but the box /packaging has been opened. Why?
A. A lot of Japanese items come as “Blind” Meaning you don’t know what is inside the box/wrappers without opening them. These items are only opened to verify you are getting the correct characters.

About Pre-Owned Items
Items listed as Pre-owned may have typical wear on them (such as small scratches, smudges, or discoloration and in some cases missing parts) I try to have my photographs reflect any damage on pre owned items as well as list any notable damage, please look closely at the photos provided, more can be provided upon request.
Typically Pre-owned items do NOT come with their original packaging or boxes unless otherwise noted.
